Went through the drive through with a big order. They took everything down without any mistakes or having to repeat myself which was impressive considering how big the order was. Even more impressive was that they managed to have our order to the window FRESH while being able to keep their total drive through wait time on that size of an order to under a minute! Super impressive guys!!!

Love coming to this burger kind of the corner of willow! Every time I go in, Lyric makes sure my food is right, fresh, and hot. I see her running all over and helping anybody that needs help!

I got breakfast from here and it was so amazing. I was on my way to work and then stopped and got a bite to eat for breakfast there. They were nice and friendly and bring you your food as fast as they can make it.

The women and the rest of the crew working at this location tonight were absolutely beyond wonderful. They were very short-staffed but handled the stress and the heavy flow of customers like champions. I've never been more satisfied by customer service in such a stressful situation which as a retail employee I've been there and I've done that and it's hard to be the bigger person sometimes. I am very pleased with my experience tonight and now that I will come back to this location.

A Whopper w cheese is my favorite fast food burger!! Unfortunately, the person that took my order acted like she was being bothered. There was no "Hello", or a "thank you", no kind of customer friendliness. According to her name tag, she is the Assistant Manager. The dining room here always seems to need attention. Floor needs swept and moped, tables wiped and the trash taken out. But I still like a Whopper w cheese, maybe the drive-thru more friendly.

Ordered the $5 dollar meal, 2 Jr. Whopper w/ cheese. They tasted really well, but had ordered one plain with mayo only, and the other regular. They messed it up and did the regular with no mayo, and the plain with no mayo. Food was hot, and quickly made, the staff was friendly.

So everyone needs to try the jalapeno cheese bites! They are so freaking good, it is literally hard for me to stop eating them! They are also prized very affordably for what you get! I'm not that big on fast food, but I will tear up some jalapeno bites!

They are simply overwhelmed. You can tell they definitely need more help. The car behind me left after ordering. Definitely not fast food as most of them aren't now due to labor shortage. The girl running the food to the cars was very pleasant & didn't show her frustration. Everything that I ordered was in the bag!! Shocking since McDonald's doesn't seem to understand that concept. My husband & son were happy with what they ordered. No complaints on the food.
